Brandi Glanville Twitter Thanks LeAnn Rimes for Talking About Eddie Cibrian Cheating Scandal

Star of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," Brandi Glanville, issued on Twitter a "thank you" to LeAnn Rimes for opening up in a recent interview about her extramarital affair with Glanville's then-husband Eddie Cibriani.  

In an interview with "Entertainment Tonight" on Jan. 16, Rimes opened up about her affair with Cibrian in 2009 when he was married to Glanville and she was married to Dean Sheremet. The country singer even revealed details about her physical relationship with Cibrian after talking badly about Glanville, according to The Christian Post. Instead of attacking back, Glanville took to her Twitter page on to thank Rimes for boosting sales for her upcoming book.

"Every time a certain someone does another interview my book pre-sale's sky rocket!" she tweeted on Jan. 18. "Thank you! #Career."

Cibrian and Glanville have two sons together and he went on to marry Rimes after divorcing the Bravo reality star. The two women reportedly are in a dispute and are not friendly with one another but Rimes told "Entertainment Tonight's" Nancy O'Dell that it is all "one sided."

"It's a very one-sided war," Rimes said. "Actually, it's funny... I write things sometimes that I end up erasing because I would just need to write it to get it out. And then I'm like, 'I really should not post that.' So at least I have a filter."

In the same "Entertainment Tonight" interview, Rimes confessed that she considered committing suicide during the time she was depressed, brought on from the criticism she received for having an affair with Cibrian.

Rimes checked herself into rehab in August of 2012 for anxiety and stress over the cheating scandal. She met Cibrian on the set of the Lifetime television movie they starred in together, "Northern Lights."
