There was plenty of mischief among the first daughters on Inauguration Day, Jan. 21.

As President Obama delivered his inaugural speech and the first family sat and watched, his 11-year-old daughter stole the spotlight when she yawned as he discussed educational policy.

"No single person can train the entire math and science teachers we'll need to equip our children for the future, or build the roads and networks and research labs that will bring new jobs and businesses to our shores. Now, more than ever, we must do these things together, as one nation, and one people," the president said, before pausing for applause.

When ABC News' cameras panned on Obama's wife and two daughters, they captured Sasha Obama delivering a giant yawn. She then mustered enough strength to clap as her father concluded his speech. The yawn quickly became fodder on Twitter and Tumblr as the photo, video and .gifs starring Sasha's yawn went viral. Obama fans expressed sympathy for the sixth grader, who likely had an early day that began with a morning church service before the first family went to the Capitol for the swearing-in ceremony and performances.

This was not the first time Sasha let out a yawn during her father's speech, according to USA Today. She allegedly yawned during the Democratic National Convention with her head on her mom's lap in 2008.

Later in the day, Malia caused some mischief of her own when she photobombed a picture Sasha was trying to take of their parents. CNN caught the hilarious moment when Sasha held a camera and was preparing to take a picture of her parents giving each other a kiss. Malia jumped in front of it and stuck her head directly into the shot and photo bombed the moment.
