Tim Tebow had a rough 2012 and there is apparently little love for the football star in 2013.

After being traded to the New York Jets, the NFL quarterback completed his season with just eight passes in the 12 games he played. The player spent most of his time sitting on the sidelines, being passed over for a third string QB after Mark Sanchez was benched. Now the organization is pointing the finger at who brought the player over from the Denver Broncos in the first place.

Jets owner Woody Johnson said he had very little to do with the decision to put Tebow on the team, according to New York Daily News. In fact, he noted that it took several members of the organization to warm him up to the idea of Tebow being a Jet.

The news came out after interviewing potential candidates for the slot vacated by general manager Mike Tannenbaum, who was fired after the dismal season. Ted Sundquist was considered for the job but the position went to John Idzik. Johnson told Sundquist that Tebow was “forced” on him, according to the news report.

Tebow was recently spotted working out for roughly two and a half hours in Arizona. The 25-year-old was reportedly smiley and cheerful as he signed autographs for anybody that approached him. He was photographed at Paradise Valley Community College on the track with a personal trainer and almost instantaneously after the left-handed player was spotted, "Tebow in Arizona" became the No. 1 searched Internet trend.

Despite the massive amount of speculation, it still remains uncertain whether Tebow was present in the desert state to showcase his skills for the Arizona Cardinals or simply to take a vacation.

The Jacksonville Jaguars, the team that most experts picked to acquire Tebow, appear to not be as interested as experts originally thought. Late in December, it was reported by Yahoo! that the quarterback landing in Jacksonville was a "virtual certainty."

Jags' general manager David Caldwell seemed to shoot down rumors of Tebow moving to his team when he said on Jan. 17, "I can't imagine a scenario where he'd be a Jacksonville Jaguar."
