Lisa Vanderpump let loose on her Vanderpump Rules co-stars during a taping of the After Show earlier this week.

Lisa Vanderpump Weighs In On Shay Scheana's Marriage Trouble

According to a sneak peek at the new episode, shared by Fashion & Style on Wednesday, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star offered details about the work ethic of her SUR Lounge employees, including Scheana Marie, Katie Maloney, Jax Taylor, Kristen Doute and Stassi Schroeder.

"I think [Scheana] has always been so dedicated," Vanderpump explained of Marie, whom she felt was her best employee. "She's worked for me for so many years, and she's always been a great employee."

As for the rest of the cast, Vanderpump said Maloney was a good worker, while Taylor was her worst employee. Shockingly, she added that Doute was a "great waitress."

As the fourth season of Vanderpump Rules continues, fans will watch as Vanderpump reunites with former SUR Lounge waitress Stassi Schroeder, who immediately accuses Vanderpump of hating her. In response, however, Vanderpump informs Schroeder that she's simply not important enough to hate.

Also in the sneak peek at tomorrow's After Show, Vanderpump spoke of Schroeder, revealing she's always been "kind of lackadaisical."

"I thought Stassi had more potential," Vanderpump said. "She kind of screwed up a little bit. I always thought she would be the one that would really be the break out."
