Chelsea Houska is engaged, and her father, Randy Houska, couldn't be happier.

Although Randy often expressed his disdain for Houska's former boyfriend, Adam Lind, he completely approves of the Teen Mom 2 star's fiancé, and shared a sweet message on Twitter after news broke of the couple's engagement.

“I am unbelievably excited, and it feels good to finally have my family that I have always wanted,” Houska told MTV News on Wednesday.

“Cole brought me to a personal spot in the woods where he had photos lining the tree,” Houska revealed of DeBoer's romantic proposal. “The pictures hanging were of him and I and the three of us as a family. Cole asked Aubree if it was okay if he married her mommy. She immediately said yes, was extremely excited, and gave him a big hug."

As for her wedding plans, Houska claimed she and DeBoer would likely tie the knot sometime in fall.

“Cole and I really like fall, so sometime around then," she explained. "The ceremony will be small and intimate with our close family and friends.”

And hopefully, an MTV camera crew will be present!
