Surrounded by rumors of having an affair while he was in a relationship with Selena Gomez, Justin Bieber said Friday that reports create false stories about him being a bad guy.

Rumors surfaced citing an insider who said the 18-year-old "Boyfriend" singer cheated on Gomez with a nursing student. The source said Milyn "Mimi" Jenson went to Bieber's home in Calabasas in December where the Canadian singer then performed sexual acts on her. Bieber never took off his clothes, the source added, but he disrobed Jenson and began kissing her before she got scared and left.

Bieber, who is currently on tour to promote his album "Believe," took time out of his busy schedule to address the reports. He wrote on Twitter, "some of the rumors about me are just so ridiculous u gotta laugh. people are creative. kinda over it. im a good guy. that's all."

Many of his Twitter fans and "Beliebers" confirmed the singer's claims and replied to his post with the following comments. The following are comments made by some of the over 43,000 posted on the social media site at time of publication:

"@justinbieber beliebers know :* that's all that matters right? We love you no matter what."

"you are definetly a good guy"

"we know that bro ;)"

"we know that, you're a good boy, an amazing boy."

"keep your head up. you know you got an army of fans who love & support u unconditionally. nothing will ever change that :)"

Bieber's acoustic album, "Believe Acoustic," will be released on Jan. 29 but one of his new songs, "Yellow Raincoat," already leaked online. Dubbed Bieber's "Selena Gomez love song" following the couple's split, it includes sentimental lyrics rumored to be addressed to the former Disney star.

Bieber is currently on the U.S. leg of his "Believe" tour. Starting February he goes to Europe, and then to Dubai and South Africa in May. He will continue to travel through June and July, and in August he will be back performing in the U.S.
