She has finally revealed more details about what really transpired when she was catfished earlier this year, and now, Sister Wives star Meri Brown has revealed what she believes the motive was behind the shocking situation.

Meri Tells All About Being Catfished

After revealing she had been catfished by a woman named Jackie Overton, who pretended to be a man named Sam Cooper, Meri said during the Tell-All Special of the show that she believed Overton had every intention of ripping the Brown family apart.

"I just knew I had to [tell someone]," she said during the special about her decision to finally confide in Robyn after some time. "I knew I couldn't keep doing that.. They would ruin my life. That was said to me many times. I believe that's what the goal was, to break up this family."

Meri's Catfisher Speaks Out

However, despite believing that there were harsh intentions behind the scandal, Meri now has no harsh words for Overton, and has even said on social media that she has forgiveness inside her, and doesn't wish bad things on her.

Meanwhile, Kody has broken his silence about his first wife's emotional affair outside of their marriage, and has revealed that no matter what happens, the entire family is standing behind her, and that he would work on making Meri feel less isolated-which contributed to her seeking the company of her catfisher in the first place.
