Although there has been no confirmation of infidelity on either side, a new report claims rumors of Lambert's alleged cheating have led Shelton to have insecurities, and his relationship with Gwen Stefani has been impacted.

“Blake seems like the most confident guy in the world, but his split with Miranda really did a number on him,” a source told Hollywood Life on Tuesday. “Although he won’t talk about it, there have been non stop rumors that she betrayed him. One thing is for certain, that he was really hurt by Miranda and that has left a scar on his heart.”

Shelton and Lambert announced their split in July after four years of marriage, and months later, a Star report claimed Lambert cheated on him with multiple men, one of whom was a close friend of Shelton's. TMZ also reported on Lambert's alleged cheating.

“He’s keeping things fairly light with Gwen and part of that is because he’s scared to get hurt again," the source explained. "He’s definitely curious about other guys Gwen is talking to, and her ongoing relationship with Gavin. He asks her a lot who she’s been talking to and texting with. Fortunately Gwen is all about Blake right now so he has nothing to worry about.”
