The 100 isn't always slashed throats and flambéed Grounders - sometimes, there's room for a moment of happiness.

Fans are still celebrating over Monday's season 3 premiere announcement, but series creator Jason Rothenberg gave the fandom another reason to celebrate as the Thanksgiving weekend began.

"(NOT-SO) DAILY DAILIES: Goodbye old friend. An homage to SILENCE. And maybe just maybe the best hug ever. #The100," Rothenberg teased on Wednesday, referencing episode 312.

While the latter part of the tweet has viewers wondering if the showrunner is referencing any fan favorite 'ships, the beginning is cause for concern. Is someone leaving the show for good? Could come even as a moment of peace finds its way into the narrative.

What's more, we're wondering if Rothenberg is teasing a plot point with his reference to the "silence." Although the cryptic message could be referring to almost anything, there is a good chance it is a hat tip to Shusaku Endo Silence, which deals primarily with missionaries and persecution in 1600s Japan.
