The rapper turned reality star is apparently very behind on the rent of his home in Georgia and could be put out soon.

The firm representing his property manager, Williams Property Group, has already sued him and wants to evict him from the home that takes up about 4,000 square feet and has five bedrooms, after he fell behind on the $3,000 monthly payment.

Word is that he owes $4, 022 for a month of rent that he missed. Late feels, utility bills and even the court costs were also tacked on in the lawsuit. They want him to pay up ASAP or he could be at risk of losing his luxury home in the Atlanta suburbs altogether.

Thankfully for Lil Scrappy, the property manager did not want to comment on the matter because they are almost at the point of reaching a settlement.

He has also been in trouble with the property management group in the past. Just earlier this year he was hit with a lawsuit from them because he didn’t pay his rent. That case didn’t go too far either.

Meanwhile, Lil Scrappy also faced a child support lawsuit from the mother of his child, Erica Dixon. She claimed he owed nearly $46,000 in back child support. It’s not clear what the status of that case is, but he looks like he’ll be able to handle the one with Williams Property Group.
