Will one of the Survivor: Cambodia castaways have to leave the game next week due to a medical injury?

Is There More To The Story Behind Monica Padilla's Elimination From 'Survivor'?

Other than Terry Deitz, Survivor: Cambodia has luckily been free of evacuations. But that all might change in next week's episode, titled Tiny Little Shanks to the Heart. The Next Week on Survivor segment from Wednesday's episode showed a medical team being brought in at a challenge.

The challenge involves balancing an Idol high into the air using a long pole. It looks like an Idol may have fallen and hit one of the castaways.

'Survivor' Host Jeff Probst Shares Mixed Emotions On Jeremy & Stephen's Big Move

With the castaway lying on the ground, host Jeff Probst tells them, "we're right here with you, you're in great hands."

It sounds like one castaway asks if "he" is okay, and the hand shown is that of a white male, implying it's either Joe Anglim, Keith Nale or Spencer Bledsoe. But it is not 100 percent clear.

Probst spoke about this moment in a new interview with Entertainment Weekly, also teasing the upcoming family visit.

"Next week the loved ones come and it's pretty doggone emotional. I think I welled up just a wee bit. And I won't say if we have an evacuation but we do have a medical situation and it comes as a result of effort. Pushing a body so hard that it just stops," he teased.
