Actress Bailee Madison comes from a big family so spending Thanksgiving without them this year was a little strange, but she was happy to be with her Good Witch family as an alternative.

On Thursday the 16-year-old happened to be in Canada filming with her costars for Hallmark's magical series.

"Spending Thanksgiving away from home this year...But couldn't be more thankful for my #GoodWitch family," she beamed, nothing how they all made the day of set feel "so full of luv."

The teen appeared to be slightly more bummed that she was missing out on celebrating her niece Riley's third birthday with the rest of her family though. She sent her sister Kaitlin's daughter the sweetest messages on social media though to make up for the lack of not being together.

"Happy 3rd birthday to my beautiful niece Riley," she gushed, adding, "I wish I could be home to celebrate w/u, but I'll see you soon!"

With those sweet birthday wishes came a group of photos of the pair together. Madison is seriously the definition of "doting aunt," which we think is adorable!

On Instagram, Madison even shared a video that she has shared before of her niece and her challenging each other over whom loves whom more.

In the caption for the video the teen actress mentioned how they at least got to enjoy each other's company the week before. Madison's family had a birthday party for Riley, which Madison obviously attended, taking part in running "the face painting booth," which turned super festive for the upcoming winter season and holidays.
