According to a new report, Holmes and Foxx have been linked since 2013, and while they have yet to come out as a couple, a source claims they are hot and heavy.

The source revealed Foxx, 47, was recently seen at Loren Ridinger's birthday in Miami with Holmes nowhere in sight. Meanwhile, Holmes, 36, has been spotted solo in New York and Los Angeles without her rumored beau by her side.

“[Holmes] is head over heels for [Foxx],” a source revealed to Page Six earlier this week. “But they don’t want to fuel any of the rumors so Jamie has been avoiding attending parties she’s been going to.”

“Katie and Jamie have a fun and playful relationship and have gotten even closer in the past few months,” added the source. “Suri gets along with him super well, too.”

Holmes has a nine-year-old daughter, Suri, from her previous marriage to Tom Cruise, while Foxx is dad to six-year-old and 21-year-old daughters.
