Fans are eagerly awaiting for the intrigue that lies ahead in the rest of season 2, Enstars brings you up to date with what is known so far.

Wes Is Going To Have To Question His Entire Life

Season 2 of How to Get Away With Murder is set to return on February 11, and in a recent interview, showrunner Pete Nowalk dropped a few details about what to expect from the rest of the season.

After the thrilling fall finale which reveald that Wes (Alfred Enoch) was Annalise's (Viola Davis) shooter, fans are eagerly looking forward to how the crew and other people in the know will navigate the mire of lies and deceit going forward.

Will Nate Rat Annalise Out?

In a recent interview with The Hollywood Reporter, Nowalk hinted at the fact that nobody could be really be trusted. The showrunner revealed that when the series returns, it will be two weeks after Annalise's (Viola Davis) shooting.

He gave this detail away while talking about Asher's (Matt McGorry) involvement with the murder crew going forward.

"He is definitely part of the murder crew, especially now that he knows they killed Sam (Tom Verica)," he said. "Out of all of them he is the least equipped emotionally and psychologically to handle this in an OK manner. What's fun about when we come back is it will be two weeks later and we'll see how the dynamics have changed and if any of them have been able to move on from this."

Additionally, he revealed that they were not quite done with Philip (Jefferson White) yet.

"He's a huge hanging Chad because he was at the house and then we didn't see him," he said. "So he plays a huge role. He's definitely still a suspect in the original parents' murder because his DNA was at the crime scene and he has all the motive in the world. Philip is not going away."

In the interview, Norwalk also dished about Wes's (Alfred Enoch) character arc going forward in the ABC show.

After the shocking reveal that Wes shot Annalise (Viola Davis) in the fall finale of the series, things are obviously going to get complicated for Wes. The consequences will be very far reaching according to Nowalk.

"Obviously he shot to kill; he definitely shot out of anger and emotion," he said. "And then all of a sudden his whole life changed with one word. It makes him reassess everything. Wes had a picture and a story of what his past was, and now that Annalise knows what his name used to be and what was going on, he's going to have to question his entire life."

More interesting will be Annalise's reaction to the whole affair, and she is going to really resent Wes even though she bought it on herself, according to Nowalk.

"She kind of had a death wish and the minute it came she had regrets," he said. "We've read researched about people who have attempted suicide and instantly regretted it. Thinking that's what she wanted is different than the actuality. She's going to have a lot to think about and feelings to sort through. What does she want with him, if anything? She's going to be really angry."

The finale episode, titled "What Did We Do?," aired on ABC on Nov. 19.
