Corey and Miranda Simms celebrated Thanksgiving with their entire family at the end of last week.

Although the Teen Mom 2 couple had previously been stationed at a West Virginia hospital with their daughter, Remi, who had been born prematurely earlier this month, they were able to come home for the holidays.
"Two of my favorite people came to Thanksgiving dinner today. #aligrace," Corey's dad, Jeff, wrote on Instagram, along with a photo of Corey's 5-year-old twins.

Corey and his wife, Miranda, used to have the girls on weekends, but after Leah Messer lost primary custody of the girls last month, they began caring for them during the week, while Messer takes care of the weekends (In Touch Weekly was first to report the news).
Throughout the sixth season of Teen Mom 2, Corey and Miranda were adamant that Messer was hiding a drug problem, but even after seeking treatment, Messer failed to admit to anything of the sort. Instead, the mother of three claimed her issues stemmed from anxiety and depression--not from drugs.
Still, Corey and Miranda felt they were better suited to care for the twins during the week, and transport them to and from school, and in October, one year after Corey filed for full custody of the girls, a judge agreed.
