Following her highly publicized split from Ben Affleck, the father of her three children--Seraphina, Violet and Samuel--photos have surfaced of the 43-year-old actress out with Affleck's mom, and looking as if she's got a bun in the oven.

"The actress' charcoal dress left little of her figure to the imagination as she made her way to church," Radar Online reported on Monday, noting that Garner had been spotted out and about with a mystery man at the end of last month.

During a Halloween outing, Garner and her mystery man, who has yet to be identified, were seen with her children, and judging by his interaction with her daughters, he wasn't new to the scene. That said, however, he hasn't been seen with her since, and there was never any sort of confirmation regarding a possible romance between the pair.

As Garner faces pregnancy rumors, her former partner, Affleck, has faced rumors of his own, claiming he is determined to make a connection with actress Halle Berry. OK! Magazine reported news of Affleck's alleged crush, noting that his friends have taken bets regarding when he'd finally ask Berry out on a date.
