Adam (Justin Hartley) may have gotten some good news—his appeal case panned out in his favor on The Young and the Restless—but he still has his deal with Victor (Eric Braeden) looming over his head.

Two Stars Of 'The Young and the Restless' Are Ready For Christmas!

In the episode airing today, Dec. 1, Chelsea (Melissa Claire Egan) will make the effort to point this out, despite their relatively happy state.

"Actually, we do have something hanging over us," she mentions in the clip below after she and Adam share a kiss.

How Did 'The Young and the Restless' Star Daniel Goddard's Second Elbow Surgery Go?

"What's that?" Adam asks her, which will lead to talk of Victor and his constant scheming.

This situation aside, Sharon (Sharon Case) and Dylan (Steve Burton) appear to be ready to leave Fairview to take their baby boy home.

Dr. Anderson (Elizabeth Bogush) will attempt to plead her case on why they should stay at Fairview longer, but Sharon is ready to leave.

"No, my mind's made up. Dylan and I are bringing our son home," she states with a smile in the clip above.

While they seem to be happy, Sage (Kelly Sullivan) will upset Nick (Joshua Morrow) and Faith (Alyvia Alyn Lind) with a snippy remark.

"It's obvious that your father needs you right now," Sage tells Faith in the clip, adding, "You're being very selfish."

According to Soaps, Faith will mention staying with Dylan and Sharon and her newborn brother, which is why Sage will snap.

"Sage!" Nick will retort in defense of Faith, but it will be too late since Sage is not coping well with the loss of Christian.

The Young and the Restless airs on weekdays at 12:30 p.m. ET on CBS.
