Although the fakery claims were expected to be a main storyline for the upcoming season, Richards has set the record straight once and for all.

“I want to be very clear about this... She 100 percent has Lyme disease and is really suffering," Richards said during an interview with The Huffington Post Live, according to a report by Us Weekly on Tuesday. "There’s no question about that at all, so I really want to be clear about that because there have been people thinking I doubted or questioned it because of a comment made in which I was discussing the trailer for the upcoming season.”

In a sneak peek at season six, which debuts tonight, Lisa Vanderpump was seen chatting with Richards about Foster's illness, and claimed, “I don’t quite understand what’s wrong with her. I don’t know if it is Lyme disease, but I’m not criticizing her. I’m just questioning it.”

Although Vanderpump seemed to have questions, Richards is firm in her belief that Foster is sick, and said speculation first began due to the extravagant treatments she was receiving.

“She’s definitely very sick and struggling every day to hold on,” Richards added.

The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills premieres tonight, Tuesday, Dec. 1, at 9 p.m. on Bravo.
