Brock Rumlow will bring Hydra to Captain America: Civil War.

'Captain America Civil War' Most 'Powerful' Scene Revealed, Director Pushes Steve To His Limits

The bulk of Civil War's turmoil is internal - hence the title - but Hydra will also rear its ugly heads in Caps' (Chris Evans) third outing. As Agents of SHIELD and Age of Ultron has showed us, Evil Incorporated is far from the global superpower it was at the end of Winter Soldier. Baron Zemo (Daniel Bruhl) and Crossbones (Frank Grillo), however, will throw their weight around nonetheless.

For Brock Rumlow, his attack on the Star-Spangled Avenger may have more to do with revenge than furthering Hydra's agenda.

"If you've seen The Winter Soldier, Brock Rumlow was in bad shape and that was because of Cap and he's not happy," Grillo told The Huffington Post. "I tell you, coming back as Crossbones, his alter ego, he is not a happy guy and there's nothing that is going to get in the way of him doing what he's setting out to do. Which I cannot tell."

Now bearing the skull and crossbones that give the villain his name, Rumlow was spotted filming scenes on what was believed to be the film's Wakanda set.
