  • If you haven't seen the finale of America's Next Top Model Cycle 22 yet, then here's a spoiler for you. The winner has already been revealed and it's a HE!

The America's Next Top Model: Guys & Girls which premiered on August 5, 2015 is the final season to air on 'The CW'. The network announced in mid-October that they were cancelling the show and the finale episode aired on December 4, 2015.

The height restriction was removed and the competition was opened to petite models. Tyra Banks, Kelly Cutrone and J. Alexander returned to the judging panel. Unlike the last three cycles, social media was no longer included on the show. The scoring system remained in place, but only the combined challenge and judges' scores were added into the final tally to determine who would be eliminated.

Returning prizes include a modeling contract with NEXT Model Management and a spread in Nylon magazine. Zappos will become a new prize for the series, the winner will be chosen for a US$100,000 contract to become the face of the Zappos Couture's 2016 re-launch.
  • History had already been made when Nyle DiMarco was selected as ANTM's first Deaf contestant. From Washington, D.C., Nyle claimed victory in the series finale of the show, becoming the winner of America's Next Top Model Cycle 22.

  • The show’s final cycle contained some stiff competition — not to mention its fair share of drama — but in the end it was Lacey, Nyle, Mamé, and Mikey who stood poised to rece.
  • He is the first and only deaf contestant to appear on America's Next Top Model. The 26-year-old has made history again by becoming the modeling competition's first Deaf winner – and its final Top Model ever.

He comes from a deaf family with his parents, both of his brothers and his grandparents all born deaf. He had been doing freelance modeling for about a year before he was contacted by America's Next Top Model producers.[2] They scouted the 25-year-old via his Instagram without realizing he was deaf.
