While some women lust Duchess of Cambridge Kate Middleton's fashionable wardrobe, indulging smile and perfect teeth, there is a new trend in plastic surgery inspired by the royal's "perfect" nose.

Nose jobs were the second most popular cosmetic surgery performed in 2011, and doctors have since received specific requests from clients to have Middleton's nose, with women willing to pay thousands of dollars for it.

In an interview that aired on ABC's Good Morning America  Thursday,  21-year-old Jessica Blaier said she wanted Princess Middleton's nose since the 31-year-old's wedding to Prince William in 2011. She said,  "Every time she smiles, I was like that's what I want. I want my nose to be like that."

Blaier carried a picture of Middleton's face to Dr. Thomas Romo III, director of facial plastic surgery at Lenox Hill Hospital in New York City, and paid him $12,000 to make her nose like the duchess'.

"Her nose was what I modeled in, and that's what I got," Blaier said. "It was definitely a process."

Dr. Romo said Middleton's nose is the style that most women like and is perfectly portioned to the royal's face.

"It's strong; it's a woman's nose. It's infantile, and not overdone. And I don't think Kate had a nose job, she was just blessed with good genes," he said.

Plastic surgery office requests for Middleton's nose have tripled in two years, according to Daily Mail.

Lauren Wright, a 38-year-old flight stewardess who lives in Stockport, Chesire, said that while playing basketball in England, her nose got "knocked around and bumped so many times" it got a "prominent bump on the bridge." Wright decided that the look of nose was too much for her to bear and she saved up more than $6,200 to change it.

"I'd look at the noses of my friends, colleagues, strangers and celebrities---Heidi Klum has a great little nose, but for me, Kate Middleton's is perfect. I especially like the way it gently crinkles when she laughs," Wright said.
