Meek Mill might be dating the hottest emcee of our time, Nicki Minaj, but if you ask fans, he could still use a few lessons when it comes to his style.

He made headlines after he showed up to the GQ Men Of The Year party wearing a black t-shirt, gold chain and blue sports jacket and topped it with a hat.

Interestingly enough, he posed it up with the likes of rapper Future, singer Tyrese and Empire star Bryshere Grey, who were all dressed in tuxes.

Once he posted the snapshot on Instagram, fans took to the comment section to share their not so subtle thoughts on his wardrobe choice with comments like, “This was a GQ party you thought it was Onyx in Philly???” Some even hopped on Twitter to add their peace. One fan wrote that he looked “atrocious” while another compared him to Eddie Cane.

A third fan couldn’t help but laugh when thinking about how he wore “a skully.”

Another reminded Meek that it wasn’t a “garage sale” he was attending.

One fan kept it simple with, “I’m still trying to figure out what Meek was thinking showing up at ANY GQ event like that. Ion get it.”

Another suggested he should have just changed clothes once he saw the attire.

One fan even compared him to a “polished bum.”

Meanwhile, Nicki doesn’t seem bothered by it. She and the rapper have been going strong for about a year now and she never seems too phased by the criticism he gets.
