Jennifer Aniston Pregnant? Already Planning Post Pregnancy Fitness Regime, Makeover (PHOTO)

Rumors that Jennifer Aniston is pregnant continue to swirl, with the latest reports suggesting that the “Friends” actress is planning a “post pregnancy makeover” after she gives birth to the baby.

Fans of Aniston have been frantically discussing whether or not she is pregnant or not for weeks now, however, there has still be no official word on the matter from the actress.

Now according to OK! magazine, Aniston is already thinking ahead to how she should conduct herself after the pregnancy is over and how she will be able to get back in shape as quickly as possible.

It’s become a Hollywood fad over recent years for celebrities to try and get back in shape ridiculously quickly after giving birth. Some have been known to go through intense workouts and dieting to ensure they can get back to their regular selves as soon as possible and gain all the publicity that comes with it.

The feature in OK! has suggested that Aniston is looking ahead and planning what exercise regime would best suit her, as well as how she can ensure efficient stretch mark removal.

An reported insider has told OK! that Jen is "not going to let motherhood stop her from staying sexy."

The source added, “With all the personal training she’ll do, along with stretch-mark removal, plastic surgery procedures, beauty treatments and style makeovers, she can easily rack up a million dollars getting back into shape.”

It was previously rumored that Aniston is already pregnant and is even expecting twins.

OK! previously wrote: "[They are having] a boy and a girl. [They had] extensive fertility treatments [and] hit the jackpot — big time.”

Despite all the rumors there has been no sign of a baby bump as yet, although that has not stopped the rumors from circulating.

One source has suggested to OK!: "She’s very superstitious... She’s going to keep this as hush-hush as possible until she’s at least four or five months along.”
