Boxer Muhammad Ali is reportedly very sick and could be dead within days. The legendary boxer's brother Rahman Ali said the heavyweight champion can no longer speak or recognize him, according to DailyMail. "He's in a bad way. He's very sick," he told the British newspaper. "It could be months, it could be days. I don't know if he'll last the summer. He's in God's hands."

The 71-year-old was diagnosed with Parkinson's disease back in 1984. Although he had remained active after his diagnosis, he had appeared very thin and frail at the 2012 London Olympic opening ceremony.

Rahman said Ali's wife Lonnie refuses to let any family members visit him, saying he last saw his brother last July and is only allowed to speak to him on the phone. Lonnie has been married to the former heavyweight champion for 26 years.

Ali had another health scare back in December 2011 when he fell unconscious. He was taken to hospital just days after appearing at the funeral of another boxing legend, Joe Frazier.

Muhammad Ali is considered a social icon. He won his first world heavyweight championship aged 22. He was crowned "Sportsman of the Century" by Sports Illustrated in 1999.
