Apparently funny guy Jimmy Fallon has a not-so-funny work fetish: being dominated by an all female stage crew. TMZ reports ex-staffer Paul Tarascio is suing Fallon and NBC Universal for discrimination, claiming he was fired from his stage manager position and replaced by a "totally incompetent woman" back in early 2010.

Tarascio is suing for punitive damages and lost wages, and accuses Fallon of 'gender bias'-and claims he isn't the only victim. He says that other male stage crew staffers were replaced with females at the host's request. Illegal much? Creepy much!
According to Tarascio, his female replacement was "a less qualified woman" and constantly asking him questions regarding her responsibilities, and made numerous mistakes.
To add insult to injury, Tarascio is also stating that when he was fired, Fallon's director David Diomedi told him "Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman."
