Kim Kardashian's on-going divorce with Kris Humphries is becoming too much for the reality star, so much that it may be harming her unborn baby, TMZ reported.

Sources told TMZ that the 32-year-old television star was having severe pains relating to her pregnacy a few days ago. She phoned her doctor in the late hours of the night to come to the house. After careful examination, the doctor determined the problems were most likely stress-related. The doctor told Kim that if she did not handle the stress, there could be "long-term'" effects.

The source also revealed that the only stress Kim has been dealing with is her divorce from 28-year-old Humphries, since she was fine a few months ago while filming Kourtney & Kim Take Miami.

This comes as court documents were released by Humphries and his attorney, Marshall Waller, claiming they don't see "urgency" in the divorce proceedings just because his estranged wife wants it over by the time she gives birth. "What is really going on here is that an 'urgency' in the form of an apparently unplanned pregnancy, something [Humphries] had nothing to do with, is perceived by [Kim] as an opportunity to gain a litigation advantage by trying to force this court to prematurely set this matter for trial," Waller said in the documents.

Humphries, has been fighting for over a year to annul the 72- marriage, arguing Kim defrauded him for publicity. The divorce has been going on for over 16 months.

"It's sad Kris is playing game.  Kim doesn't think he can be happy until he moves on," a source told US Weekly.

According to the Hollywoodlife.com, Kim had a meeting with her divorce lawyer, Laura Wasser on Feb. 5. Soon after, her pains returned.

Last month, Kim opened up on Sway in the Morning about how the divorce had taken a toll on her. "It's been going on its second year and that's really tough just because I want to move on," Kim said.

Humphries and KIm are expected to go on trial in March
