On Wed Feb. 6, news outlets reported that Chris Brown unleashed a new rant about his legal woes on a private Instagram account. However, a rep for the singer said that the account was fake, Gossip Cop reported

A post written under the twitter handle @ChrisRealBrown opened with Brown expressing he can no long take the heat of the constant scrutiny.

“I’m wise I can handle the hate but enough is enough yo!!”, the post said.

Allegedly, speaking to his fans he wrote:

“I love y’all but y’all getting repetitive telling me to go relax no I’m not gonna relax I’m making an album right now…and y’all tell me not to pay attention to it how can I not when it’s on my radio, tv and everything else.”

The venting session comes on the heels of a recent probation probe into Brown's probabtion case.

On Feb 5., the LA District Attorney began looking into whether or not Brown’s community service hours stemming from his conviction in the Rihanna assault case were actually fabricated. The prosecutor said in a statement that Brown failed to provide “credible, competent or verifiable evidence” showing that he completed the assigned 180 hours of community labor.

“Tired yall just don’t understand I’ve been going through this sh*t since I was 19 years old…you can’t seit here and tell me to calm down, when am I gonna get a positive outcome of anything I do?”, the post read.

Brown claimed he served the legally mandated service when on one occasion he was on an airplane flying to Cancun, Mexico.

Brown’s lawyer Mark Geragos is hitting back at the claims, calling them “defamatory.” “They are making scurrilous, libelous and defamatory statements and apparently have lost their ability to read their own reports”, Geragos said.

Brown’s latest alleged rant comes after he avoided criminal charges for getting into a brawl with singer Frank Ocean in an LA recording studio on Feb. 2 . The 25-year-old singer decided to not press any charges against Brown, who he says started the fight.
