Von Teese recently chatted with radio station WSRQ out of Sarasota, Fla. about easy-to-follow style tips for women.

The radio host asked Von Teese to reveal how women should find their personal style and she dished practice makes perfect.

"Well, I would tell them, you know, to be adventurous, and to play and find alternative role models maybe people what have similar features to them, you know, that they admire and play with different things," Von Teese revealed.

She further shared, "It's like, just because you see an overall beauty look in a magazine that's really high maintenance, you could choose one thing from that. And you can learn how to do that really well. You could have one hair do, like say you see an amazing Brigitte Bardot hair do or something, and you could like do that. You can do a modern version of that, and you can learn to do it as well as any, you know, any hair stylist I think, you know, I think you just have to decide that that's what it is for you, and you have to practice it."

The author even revealed how she gets ready and out the door in roughly five minutes to head to her Pilates class. Mind you, she's not donning a full face of makeup. Hear what she had to say by listening to the full segment on AudioBurst below.
