Lady Gaga may have just spilled the beans to her eager "little monsters" with an exclusive look into her soon-to-be-released album Artpop. The pop star has been hard at work on the album since 2011 and continued well into the following year while touring to promote her previous studio effort Born This Way.

The eclectic performer took to Facebook and posted a message along with what might be lines from a song that will appear on her next studio album release.

"All I need is to write music and love my fans," said the 26-year-old performer on Facebook yesterday. "We could be caught, were both convicted criminals of thought. - Sex Dreams, ARTPOP"

Artpop was initially scheduled for a September 2013 release date, but has since been pushed up to March, according to her album's producer Zedd.

With her flamboyant costumes and outrageous live performances, Lady Gaga rose to celebrity as a pop star following the release of The Fame, her debut effort in 2008, which topped chart all over thanks to hit singles like Poker Face and Just Dance. The Fame Monster, her follow-up album a year later, sparked even more hit singles like Alejandro and Bad Romance. She continued to stack more hits under her belt on 2011's Born This Way, which includes the title track, The Edge of Glory and Judas.

In addition to the new album, Lady Gaga has a new documentary in which she collaborated with photographer Terry Richardson that is set to also come out this year.
