Katie Holmes took her daughter, Suri Cruise, to a special fundraiser on Thursday in New York City.

The event, which was hosted by democratic presidential candidate Hilary Clinton, was super exclusive, and super-pricey, costing the duo a whopping $33,400 per ticket to attend.
"Mothers and daughters #wearewithhillary," Holmes captioned the photo, which featured herself, Suri, and Hilary and Chelsea Clinton.

According to Page Six, included in the $33,400 price tag was a cartoonist, face painting, balloon animals, a DJ and other arts and crafts.
Earlier this month, PEOPLE Magazine revealed details of the event after reading over an invitation.
"This is going to be a great holiday party with fun for the whole family," a source with knowledge of the event told the magazine. "Guests are encouraged to bring their kids and there will be a cartoonist, face painting, balloon animals, a kids DJ, and snowflake making."
Plus, "There will be performances by Yale's top two a cappella groups, the Whiffenpoofs and Whim 'n Rhythm," added the source.
Drew Barrymore was also in attendance at the fundraiser.
In other Holmes news, the ex-wife of Tom Cruise is reportedly dating Jamie Foxx, and has been for some time. However, rather then flaunt the romance publicly, the rumored couple have allegedly kept their romance secret for years.
“She is head over heels for him,” a source told Page Six last month. “But they don’t want to fuel any of the rumors so Jamie has been avoiding attending parties she’s been going to.”
