On Tuesday, Los Angeles Times shared an interview with the actress who gave details about her role in the movie Clouds of Sils Maria. In the film, she plays an assistant to a Hollywood actress (played by Juliette Binoche) while figuring out her place in the celebrity world. Considering that Stewart, herself, is one of the biggest film stars of the generation with the media constantly hounding her, this gave her something to think about.

"Initially, I looked at it as something that moved me," the actress said. "It was very emotional, but it was kind of interesting banter between two women. It was an interesting role for me to play considering my position in the business and my awareness of how potentially superficial and strange it can be and how funny it would be to hear certain words come out of my mouth."

When it comes to being involved in the entertainment industry, Stewart's love life has made a good haul of magazine titles. She was in a relationship with actor Robert Pattinson and rumor had it she was dating her friend Alicia Cargile. Even though Stewart never confirmed nor denied if she and Cargile were in a relationship, she's made it clear that she's still a hardworking performer.

"Now people know I'm a weirdo and open to doing stuff down the line that isn't completely commercial," she said. "It's a strange feeling because I've always liked things that were a bit more diagonal in terms of how people consume them."
