Jillian Michaels might have one of the hottest bodies on the small screen, but if there's one thing she absolutely hates doing, it's working out. In fact, the celebrity fitness trainer says if there's one thing that makes her relatable to her fans, it's the fact that she hates hitting the gym just like so many other people out there.

In a new interview with Women's Health's print edition this month (via E! Online), Michaels says that even though she works hard for her cut physique, working out is one of her least enjoyable activities.

"If I had to think about finding something in the gym that doesn't make me wish I was dead in the moment, I really love body-weight training and being very creative with my physicality," she told the publication. "Whether it's free running, or any type of calisthenics exercise, that peaks my curiosity."

What's more, Michaels says that she's not like the other fitness professionals out there who love to show off their bodies on social media. In fact, she says those who posts pics of their abs and biceps and butts are doing the opposite of what she's trying to achieve.

She explained, "I'm not into fitness professionals who post selfies that show off their butts or other body parts. Come on, that's not fitness--it's softcore porn. God bless, but let's call it what it is. We've come so far, and this is where you're taking the movement? Put your clothes on. I get it--you love your body and bravo that--but it's not fitness. Fitness to me is about empowering people. It's about redefining self-image."
