Pregnant Kim Kardashian and Kanye West Kissing in Rio; Flaunts NEW Baby Bump Pic [PHOTOS]

Kim Kardashian seems to be feeling better after her previously reported pregnancy stress issues,  as she was recently spotted in Brazil landing a huge kiss on her boyfriend, Kanye West!

The pair was photographed on the balcony of their hotel room in Rio de Janiero, sharing an intimate moment while looking out to embrace the view.

According to E!, later in the day, the two grabbed lunch before sight-seeing at Rio's hot spot, the Chinese View, where they enjoyed the scenic landscape.

The parents-to-be were also seen holding hands while checking out a building undergoing construction and later took a tour around the property.

Later that evening, they headed to a romantic dinner at a restaurant in Rio, where the 32-year-old was dressed in a teal loose-fitted dress, paired with blue lace-up heels. West, 35, kept it casual, wearing a black T-shirt, blue jeans and lace-less Nike sneakers. Kardashian was also wearing her KW-initialed ring on the wedding finger. The couple have yet to confirm whether they are engaged.

The reality tv actress has been dealing with a rough week. Earlier this week, TMZ reported that that the 32-year-old television star was having severe pains relating to her pregnacy a few days ago. She phoned her doctor in the late hours of the night to come to the house. After careful examination, the doctor determined the problems were most likely stress-related. The doctor told Kim that if she did not handle the stress, there could be "long-term'" effects.

Kris Jenner, appeared on ABC's "The View," and confirmed her daughter had been indeed seriously suffering from the on-going divorce battle.

"Kim has been going through this divorce. She has been under a lot of stress because of it," Jenner said. "She had a bad week. The doctors told her the stress is going to be a problem."
