Is Kate Middleton feuding with her husband Prince William because she is jealous of his close relationship with their 2-year-old son Prince George? Apparently that's the case, as there's a new report that says the Duchess is absolutely heartbroken over the fact that her son prefers his father over his mother.

Duchess Catherine News: Critics Say Kate Middleton's Diet Is Taking A Toll On Her Looks

According to Celebrity Dirty Laundy on Saturday, Kate is none too happy that her son pays no attention to her whenever Prince Williams walks into a room. In fact, things have supposedly gotten so mad that the Duchess feels like a failed mother because she sees that Prince George is more affectionate with his father and his nannies than with her.

A source close to the British royal family suggested that "Kate might as well be invisible" as sometimes acts like he doesn't even know his own mother.

A source said though the reason why Prince George sometimes prefers his father over his mother is because he spends his entire day with the Duchess. The insider suggested, "Perhaps Prince George runs into Daddy's arms because the almost three-year-old prince spends all day with Duchess Kate. The Royal nanny's friend divulged that Kate Middleton works tirelessly to keep George entertained. The Duchess teaches Prince George new things every day and reads to him every night."

What's more, the site also says that many insiders think Kate should be "grateful" that the little boy has such a good relationship with his father and also notes that Prince William is a hands-on father, too. The couple also has a 7-month-old daughter, Princess Charlotte, who has born back in May.
