Looks like things are looking up for Caitlyn Jenner as she settles one of the three lawsuits filed against her during a fatal car crash that killed one person back in February.

According to E! Online, the "Keeping Up with the Kardashians" star reached a settlement with the Prius driver, Jessica Steindorff who was involved in the accident. She sued Jenner for personal injury and property damage, which was settled through the star's insurance.

There are two more lawsuits awaiting Caitlyn, one filed by the driver and passengers of the Hummer and the stepchildren of the deceased Lexus driver.

"My heartfelt and deepest sympathies go out to the family and loved ones, and to all of those who were involved or injured in this terrible accident," Jenner said in a statement after the crash occurred. "It is a devastating tragedy and I cannot pretend to imagine what this family is going through at this time. I am praying for them. I will continue to cooperate in every way possible."
