In a new interview with People Magazine, the New Year's Rocking Eve co-host dished on hitting the one year anniversary milestone of her marriage with the Blue Bloods star this past August and admitted she couldn't believe how lucky she got the second time she walked down the aisle.

"I had no idea this level of love existed. The more and more that we let go of fears, the more we fall in love," she said about her current marriage in comparison to her first with John Asher.

She also admitted what she felt made this marriage different, which was that she made sure she also loved herself before letting Wahlberg in the way she did.

"Going into it, if I didn't love myself--don't get me wrong, I'm a work in a progress!--I would never have been ready to be married," she said. "You can't expect the bar to get raised by your partner. You have to raise it first, and then you'll attract wonderful."

She also dished on another big milestone in her family: her son Evan reached his official teenage years, turning 13 this year. And though she says it's scary being a parent of a teen, she's grateful to have the boy she does.

"[It's] amazing and scary, He's turning into the most amazing human. He's always been the most amazing human being, but the teenage years, you never know what's gonna happen," she said.

She also said she was glad that he hadn't picked up using profanity, despite being her son.

"All his friends swear, and he won't do it," she said. "Considering I swear like a truck driver, I'm very proud of him."
