Elisha Cuthbert, the star of ABC's Happy Endings, landed on the cover of Maxim magazine for the fourth time after being named "TVs Most Sexiest Woman."

For Maxim's March 2013 issue cover image, Cuthbert has her blonde tresses swept to one side - channeling old Hollywood glamour - while wearing a navy swimsuit with a black leather belt to further cinch her tiny waist.

In her cover story interview Cuthbert said she was shocked to learn she earned the top nod because there are so many attractive actresses working in television. Cuthbert said when she returns to her job at the hit ABC show, which is currently on a season break, she joked that work may get "uncomfortable" with her female co-stars.

"To think that one person could be the most beautiful when there's Kaley Cuoco,Sofía Vergara, Zooey Deschanel? They're all stunning," Cuthbert said. "I'm not gonna fight anyone about it, though. I'll accept it with grace. But being on a show with two other beautiful women, this is gonna make going to work very uncomfortable."

Cuthbert was asked to divulge who her celebrity crush is at the moment and the actress gave a surprising answer- it's a woman.

"In interviews everyone is always asked who their celebrity crush is, and I haven't had one since Jordan Knight from New Kids on the Block, when I was 12. Now I just say Oprah [Winfrey]," Cuthbert surprised Maxim. "I love that woman. She'll go to someone's house and bring a huge bucket of oranges she picked from her Santa Barbara home. Oprah, when did you have time to pick two dozen oranges from your garden?"

Cuthbert shared an awkward experience that happened when she filmed her comedy film Girls Next Door at a real porn convention.

"I remember I had a lot of real porn stars tell me I was like their Julia Roberts from Pretty Woman. Nice sentiment but, you know, a little awkward," she said.

When Cuthbert, 30, is not filming her ABC show or a hit film, she is busy planning her wedding- she got engaged to Canadian hockey player Dion Phaneuf, 27, in September of 2012.

Maxim's March 2013 issue arrives on newsstands on Tuesday, Feb. 19.
