Kris Jenner is kicking up her efforts to make her only son, Rob Kardashian, check into rehab.

She’s going as far as coughing up $1 million for him to do so. This comes just days after it was reported that Kardashian’s health issues got even worse as he was allegedly diagnosed with diabetes. He has gained roughly 100 pounds in the past few years and Jenner is said to be doing all she can to get his health back on track, starting with paying him to check into rehab.

“She thinks that one way to get through to him might be by using money,” an insider told In Touch Weekly this week.

It’s been reported in the past that Kardashian is out $2 million a year because he refuses to be on the family’s reality show, Keeping Up With The Kardashians.

Still, the $1 million payout could be a ploy to help the show despite his absence.

“Kris looks at Rob’s health crisis as a potential storyline for the show. She wants him to let cameras inside of his struggle because she believes that this downward spiral would make for great ratings!”

It’s no secret the show has definitely seen a decline in viewership for the last few seasons. But it hasn’t been confirmed if Jenner wants to go as far as exploiting her son to improve the ratings.

Still, the source said that Jenner has yet to visit Kardashian in the center. But she is doing other things to ensure his stay makes a difference.

“She has ordered a private chef for him, as well as a team consisting of a psychologist, nutritionist and a therapist. She has basically done everything except for actually going to deal with his situation in person.”
