The FBI informant who exposed Jared Fogle gave some details on the aftermath of his sentence.

Jared Fogle's Divorce Gets Finalized

On Tuesday, Perez Hilton shared an interview with Rochelle Herman, who is reportedly responsible for Fogle's downfall. After he was put behind bars on charges of pedophilia, Herman gave advice to parents on how they should protect their own children.

"I lost my innocence and my ability to trust people," Herman revealed. "It's been a personally challenging journey. Parents must NEVER dismiss that voice in their heads or waive any feelings that someone is off or not right. Trust your instincts and be vigilant."

The informant then explained how she feels about being part of the case for the former Subway spokesman. She's still recovering from the whole process, but she's still glad she was with the FBI on giving Fogle what he deserves.

"I still have nightmares about the children, the very young children, Fogle bragged about," Herman said. "But I do NOT regret helping the FBI take this monster off the street. I would do it again. My biggest fear now is that he will be out one day, amongst the public again."

The site mentioned how Fogle used the word "hotness" for middle school girls. As shocking as this was, Herman mentioned something else that made her realize how disturbing the situation really is.

"The manner in which he expressed his thoughts was extremely disturbing," she said. "He made it clear that he was very serious, and he was also cavalier in the way he said it, which immediately set off alarm bells."
