That appears to be the case based on Wednesday's report from Hollywood Life. After the two were spotted getting coffee in Central California, a source is claiming that there must be something beyond platonic happening there.

"Nick and Kate definitely looked like a couple," the source said. "They came in holding hands and were smiling and laughing. When they were sitting down, he had his arm around her and kissed her on the cheek. They both seemed really into each other and didn't care who was watching them. They looked really happy."

As if this isn't enough, E! News discovered that the pop star and actress were joined by two girls and Kate's brother Oliver who worked with Jonas on FOX series Scream Queens.

"Kate was dancing around and laughing. She was very giddy and in good spirits," an insider shared with the site. "They were laughing a lot and very flirty. Nick picked up the tab for everybody's coffee."

While it's unclear if the two stars are in an official relationship or not, Jonas did recently admit that he's looking for a woman who will bring out the best in him.

"It's about finding someone that makes me think, brings something real to the table and just inspires me in some way," he told the site. "I'm a person that likes to be around people I love."
