'Kourtney And Kim Take Miami' Sisters Clash Over New Miami Home (WATCH PREVIEW VIDEO)

Kim and Kourtney Kardashian have a housing crisis on the next episode of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami.

In Sunday's episode, the Kardashian sisters are shown hunting for a new home in Miami and their wants clash when Kim falls in love with a new space that Kourtney, a mother of two, considered "not kid friendly."

"Every time I move in with Kourtney, it's always on her terms," a visibly disappointed Kim told the camera in the preview clip. "She makes me feel like my opinion just doesn't matter."

The sisters began lookng for a home to share when they arrived in Miami in October last year to begin filming the current season of Kourtney and Kim Take Miami. Kim, who was not pregnant at the time of filming but is now four months along, made several real estate moves without Kourtney after they wrapped filming in December.

Kardashian quietly sold her Beverly Hills mansion earlier in February to an undisclosed buyer. The property was not even listed on the market and potential buyers were vetted by the reality TV star's realtor. Public records show that Kardashian transferred ownership of her five-bedroom, four-and-a half bathroom bachelorette pad on a 4,000 square foot gate estate to a buyer with an unknown LLC.

In January, Kardashian and her boyfriend rapper Kanye West purchased an $11 million home together in Bel Air. The mansion boasts 10,000 square feet and is set in an ultra-private gated community. The couple intends to expand the place to 14,000 square feet to include all the luxurious necessities - a gym, movie theater, full-sized makeup and hair salon, bowling alley, basketball court and an indoor and outdoor pool.

While the couple have already closed on their new Bel Air home, they are also looking to snag more digs in New York, Milan, and Paris to add to their arsenal. TMZ reported that Kardashian, 32, and West, 35, are looking to purchase three more multi-million dollar mansions in three of the most fashionable cities on earth. Kardashian has Dash stores in three out of the two cities they want to reside in.
