Former American Idol finalist Colton Dixon married Annie Coggeshall in Nashville on Friday, Jan. 8. Reports dished out that the country crooner tweeted the event, counted the moments before saying “I do.”

Following the joyous occassion, the singer also shared a snap of him and his blushing bride on Instagram, Saturday, Jan. 9.

Meanwhile, Coggeshall was equally excited for the big night as well, posting a lovely photo and caption before the ceremony with a caption that says, "I'm marrying to him today. it has been a busy couple of weeks! There has been much to do but through all of it the love people have shown us is remarkable. We have the best people alongside us for the beginning of this new chapter. You'll be seeing lots of pictures soon!"
