Did everything work out for Paige following her engagement on Total Divas?

Check Out The Latest Trailer For 'Total Divas' Season 5

That is about to be explored when the series returns for the fifth season. But fans will have to wait to find out in the premiere episode since Paige can't reveal too much.

"You're going to have to see the first episode, so I can't give anything away," she said on her engagement to guitarist Kevin Skaff via Tuesday's report from Channel Guide Magazine. "It has been a crazy couple of months. If I say anything it will give it away. You will just have to tune in next Tuesday. I talk to people all the time who ask me, 'Are you still engaged?'"

This is being kept under wraps for now, but one thing Paige did open up on is how she plans to get back to wrestling after taking a "bad bump."

"WWE has been absolutely great with the wellness program and wanting to make sure I'm back on my feet and completely healthy before getting back in the ring again," she said. "I'm losing my mind because I'm not at work right now, so it's been a few straight weeks of not leaving the house."

The reality star said that even though she had a "slight concussion," WWE is still taking this seriously.

"WWE is obviously very protective of their talent," Paige said. "I'm like, 'I'm fine. I promise.' They're like, 'No, we have to make sure you are 100 percent.' They are like parents."

Total Divas Season 5 premieres on Tuesday, January 19 at 9 p.m. ET on E!
