Britney Spears' Grocery List For Everyday Essentials Goes Viral

Britney Spears was spotted heading to a Los Angeles supermarket this past weekend, but it wasn't her outfit that had people interested, it was her grocery list!

The 31-year-old mother of two clutched on to her list as made her way to the store to pick up everyday essentials. According to TMZ, the food list included: ginger ale, tomatoes, lunchables, ham, orange juice, 2% milk, Smart popcorn, bread and chicken.

The singer was out picking her groceries when the media went in a frenzy with news that X-factor host Khloe Kardashian was fired from the reality television singing competition show. Britney and another judge, LA Reid left the show last season. Other than rumors that Cheryl Cole may return, there is no word on new judges for the upcoming season. Kardashian's co-host Mario Lopez is reportedly expected to return.

Spears may not be out of a job for too long. On Feb. 8, the pop star was reported in talks to sign a long-term contract to headline a show at a Las Vegas resort, according to Reuters.

"We can now confirm the company is actively engaged in discussions with Britney Spears' representatives regarding a potential headlining residency at Planet Hollywood Resort and Casino," the company said in a statement.

Caesars Entertainment, which owns casinos and resorts including Planet Hollywood, has hired some of the world's top-selling artists for residencies at various Las Vegas sites, including singers Celine Dion and Elton John.

The Hit Me Baby One More Time singer hopes to follow in the footsteps of Dion who has a three-year deal with Caesars Palace that is said to be worth $100 million.

She is waging a comeback after a turbulent few years in her life in which she lost custody of her children in a custody battle with ex-husband Kevin Federline and entered rehab.
