Brooks Ayers has reportedly been shopping a tell-all book.

Brooks Ayers Has Responded To Briana Culberson's Shocking 'RHOC' Revelations

Following his Real Housewives of Orange County exit and his split from Vicki Gunvalson, Ayers began writing a memoir, and apparently, it could be headed to a bookstore near you.

“[Bravo] basically pitched me as this poor guy from Mississippi preying on a vulnerable, successful, self-made woman,” Ayers told Page Six on Tuesday. “I’m not bound contractually by anything to not share the intel about what transpires behind production, Bravo, what they try to do, etc.”

"I didn’t fake cancer. Who in their right mind would fake cancer?” Ayers continued.

Since his breakup from Gunvalson last summer, Ayers has been living in the Midwest, where he is closer to his 7-year-old son, as well as his three older children.

According to Ayers, he's done “quite a bit of writing in preparation” and the response he’s gotten from publishers is “pretty overwhelming.”

As for Gunvalson, Ayers claims they would still be together if it wasn't for the drama of the show.

“I want nothing but the best for her and she wants the best for me,” he declared. “I’m not doing this because she did it to me, but she’s a grown woman and she’s making business decisions to continue earning money. I’m a grown man and I want to do what I can do to rehab my reputation… and you can’t do it on reality TV.”
