Karrueche Tran and her best friend, singer and entertainer Christina Milian, had a slightly awkward moment for the cameras Wednesday.

Just after Tran went on a brief rant about how awkward dating is post Chris Brown, she was spotted doing a little more than hugging Milian.

They were parting ways after a night out on the town when Tran told Milian “bye” before kissing her on the lips. Milian seemed a little surprised but couldn’t help but laugh. And TMZ caught it all on camera.

“Ew!” she joked as Tran turned around giggling.

But Tran had a completely different demeanor when a cameraman tried to chat it up with her.

“Hi,” she said in a low tone as she quickly walked away.

The ladies certainly have more in common than just being best friends: They both suffered pretty high profile breakups last year in front of millions of fans. We all know that Tran called it quits with Brown after it was revealed that he fathered a daughter, one-year-old Royalty, with another woman during their relationship. As for Milian, she recently had a moment on her E! reality series, Christina Milian Turned Up, when she sobbed over her breakup with rapper Lil Wayne. The two had been dating for months despite drama and backlash from fans.

When it comes to Brown and Tran moving on, it doesn’t look like either of them have been able to just yet. But they both have said they are not completely against it either.
