LeAnn Rimes and her husband Eddie Cibrian will be celebrating their second wedding anniversary in a beautiful new Los Angeles home.

Rimes, 30, bought a stunning Spanish-style home in the Hidden Hills area, a well-known wealthy gated community. The How Do I Live singer purchased the 8,642 square foot house that has six bedrooms and nine bathrooms for almost half off of the original asking price.

Rimes bought the home for $3 million when it was originally listed for $5.75 million. She saved $2.75 million on the 'short price' sale. A short price is when the owner sells a property for less than the amount owed on the debt to the lien owner as an alternative to foreclosure. The original owner purchased the home for $5.575 million in 2006, before the recession and when the real estate market was at its height, according to reports.

The luxury abode includes a long list of amenities including a separate guesthouse, hot tub, pool and a four-car garage that provides ample parking space and an outdoor dining room furnished with a TV and fireplace. The property also offers two living rooms with a built-in fireplace for wood burning. There are plenty of wood details throughout the house including exposed wood beam ceilings, parquet floors and wood-trimmed arched windows. One of the nine bathrooms has a sunken bathtub with Spanish tiles. The kitchen is rustic with wooden cabinets and stainless steel appliances. It also has a double oven with six fire burners on top of the stove. The backyard offers an Olympic-sized pool alongside the outdoor eating area with a built-in fireplace.

Rimes and Cibrian, 39, will likely move in before their second wedding anniversary on April 22. Cibrian and Rimes married in 2011 after he divorced his first wife, reality star and author Brandi Glanville in 2010. The former couple was married for nine years. It ended a year after his affair with Rimes.
