    After an emotional Season 3, the next chapter of the political drama series promises to be a more emotional and bloody one. These statements only became more true after the teaser for Season 4 was revealed. In this video, Frank Underwood (Kevin Spacey) is promoting his candidacy for the President of America. Interestingly, flashes of his wrongdoings from the past three seasons were shown as the lead character is persuading the citizens to vote for him.
