New England Patriots star Rob Gronkowski may have recently split from Camille Kostek.

Although the two were spotted together just weeks ago, a new report claims Kostek has been dating American Idol winner Nick Fradiani on and off since last May of last year.

“Nick met Camille when he was doing Idol promos last year. She was even seen with him at the tapings last May. They have seen each other several times during the past year,” an insider told Page Six on Sunday.

Despite reports linking Kostek to Gronkowski around the New Year, Page Six sources claimed Kostek, a former NFL cheerleader, spent New Year's Eve with Fradiani.

According to a second report, via the Daily Mail, Kostek shared a photo of herself with Gronkowski just 14 weeks ago, and on Saturday, as the New England Patriots took on the Kansas City Chiefs, Kostek shared a photo of herself and a female friend in a suite at the game.

Kostek was also in attendance during New England's game against the Miami Dolphins two weeks ago and shared the photo below at the time.
