"The View" host Joy Behar, may be in talks to join CNN, according to a report by Page Six on Saturday.

The Current TV host was spotted meeting with CNN chief Jeff Zucker this week at the network's offices, according to Page Six.

The meeting triggered speculation that Zucker may be planning to hire her for two major reasons. The first one is that her Current TV gig "Joy Behar: Say Anything!" is coming to an end soon when Al Jazeera fully takes over the network it purchased in January.

Recently Behar joked about working for Al Jazeera on Current TV saying "I know which side of my pita gets hummussed."

The second reason why people in the industry speculate she may be joining CNN is that she worked for the network in the past. She hosted a show on HLN for two years after ending it in 2011.

According to the Huffington Post, Behar could fill up Erin Burnett's 7 p.m. opening on CNN. But there have also been reports that the Emmy award winning talk show host is considering to make a late night comedy show.

Zucker, 47, a former president and CEO of NBC Universal, started working as President of CNN Worldwide on January 21 and experts in the industry believe his biggest challenge is to return the network to ratings.
